• General technical support for all SolarWorld, SMA, Steca, Hoppecke and related Photovoltaic (PV) products
• Photovoltaic (PV) system analysis and design - site visits, specifications, technical consultation
• Extensive technical training of our partners and/or installers on PV systems and products, both ‘classroom’ and ad-hoc
• Technical sales support in assisting our distribution partners in choosing the best options
• Determine technical specifications with suppliers
• Engineer projects in cooperation with system design engineers in Germany
• Maintain technical information on MRP (material requirements planning) system
• Logistics support as necessary
• General office and administrative tasks supporting the technical function as necessary

• ND / B.Tech / B.Eng (Electrical)
• Good communication skills in English, other languages advantageous
• Ability to liaise with partners directly on a technical level
• Ability to work independently, as a self-starter and also as a good team player
• Ability for limited travel to Europe and Sub-Saharan African countries
• Good administrative ability to ensure good information sharing
• Experience in the PV industry advantageous
