Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, Massachusetts, USA informed us that on November 19th, 2008 the percentage holding of the voting rights in SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5 per cent and amounts to 4.78% (5344534 voting shares).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, all voting rights were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company.

FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts, USA informed us that on November 20th, 2008 the percentage holding of the voting rights in SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5 per cent and amounts to 4.39% (4911045 voting shares).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG, all voting rights were attributed to FMR LLC.

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, all voting rights were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company.
