The announcement published on 6th May, 2008 by SolarWorld AG that the voting interests in our company held by BlackRock Holdco 1, LLC fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.82% (3157832 voting rights) and that this voting interest was attributed according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG was incorrect. We have been informed by the BlackRock Group on 5th November, 2008 that BlackRock Holdco 1, LLC was dissolved on 28th March, 2008. Therefore the voting right notification of BlackRock Holdco 1, LLC was retracted.
