SolarWorld AG postpones release of annual financial report 2012
12-03-13Due to the ongoing restructuring negotiations with its creditors, SolarWorld AG postpones its pre-announced date of release on March 21, 2013.The Management Board is currently working on a restructuring concept with Görg law firm and Houlihan Lokey investment bank. Talks with creditors are proceeding constructively. As soon as the restructuring concept has been approved, SolarWorld AG will inform the public and present its annual group report at a press conference as well as at an analysts’ conference.
