* The basis for the capital increases from the company’s approved capital is § 4 of the Articles of association in conjunction with the relevant stipulations under stock corporation law, whereby the Executive Board is empowered, with the consent of the Supervisory Board, to increase the basic capital by up to 10 percent, with exclusion of purchase rights. All shares will be noted under the same unchanged security reference numbers..
