Notification of voting rights of SolarWorld AG for DWS Investment GmbH

Announcement pursuant to Section 26 (1) of the Securities Trading Act

(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG)

DWS Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany has notified us according to section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that on 13 May 2009 its percentage of voting rights in SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5 % and amounts to 4.99 % (5,574,513 voting rights) as per this date.
