  • Our production is compatible with the protection of the environment using the best possible processes and product standards.
  • We use existing resources responsibly and sparingly.
  • State-of-the-art methods are used to avoid any health hazards and risks that may be caused by SolarWorld processes and products.
  • Fair competition is the very basis of our business activities. Bribery and corruption are unlawful and not tolerated.
  • We assure to protect the confidentiality of private and sensitive data against unauthorized disclosure.
  • Mixing professional and private matters is only allowed under circumstances where there are no conflicts of interest and no infringements.
  • We communicate transparently and truthfully both inside and outside the company.
  • Local, national and international laws and legal provisions must always be observed. In cases where SolarWorld’s internal policies and practices exceed the standards required by these laws and legal provisions, you should observe the more stringent standard imposed by SolarWorld.
  • We support the Global Compact of the United Nations - especially the ban on child labor and on forced labor - and also demand compliance with it from our suppliers and business partners.
